Chocolate Pudding
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups milk
Whisk all the dry together. Whisk in milk. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Whisk. Cook on high in 1 minute increments until thick. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap right on the pudding to keep it from forming a skin. Cool. Serve with whip cream....Yum.
