Free Glasses Now!
The Free Glasses are available right now! I just got a pair for my daughter and it only cost $14.68 for shipping! The only tripping point we found was that the optometrist hadn't written down her PD distance from the center of one pupil to the center of the other pupil, in mm. So, be sure to have that figured out. They will come via either Canada Post or Purolator and it's the same price either way. Our order is set to arrive Feb 7. Thanks so much to my brother who was kind enough to call me at 6am to tell me it had started(I am a little time zone challenged). He was able to get a pair for my sister in law. Very fun promo! Hope you get yours!

Free Glasses Feb 2!
Free Glasses!
Clearly contacts is once again giving away 10,000 pairs of glasses!
You can get your free glasses starting at 9am on February 2nd until midnight or until 10,000 pairs have been given away!
My oldest daughter recently discovered she needs glasses, so we are
going to give it a try. If you want to try here's what you need to do.
1. Get a prescription from your eye doctor
In BC kids under 18 and people over 65 are eligible for a free eye exam under the MSP coverage.
Routine eye examinations are a benefit only for those 18 years of age and under and 65 years of age and over. Optometrists are permitted to charge patients over and above what is payable by the Medical Services Plan for this service, as is the case with all supplementary health services.
In Alberta
Optometry (vision) – One complete exam, one partial exam and one diagnostic procedure per benefit year are provided for children under 19 years of age and seniors age 65 and over; additional benefits apply for these age groups for some medical conditions. Optometry services received outside Alberta are not covered.
2.Go onto their website before the free day to pick out your
frames. They have a way of letting you "try on" your
glasses
by uploading a picture of yourself. The coupon eligible glasses are here
3. Watch the video on how to read your prescription in order to enter in on their site.
4. After you have entered your prescription info and are ready to finalize your order, use the code FIRSTPAIRFREECA
5. Shipping runs between $10-$15. Usually it takes 2-5 business days but because of the volume they expect you'll get them in 10 days!
