| Quality Greens has the red peppers on for .99/lb. This got me thinking about restocking my freezer with some tasty peppers! |

| First I cut them up. I plan to use them in stir fries and quesadillas so I decided to cut them into slices. |

| Boil some water and blanch them quickly. Halves 3 minutes Slices 2 minutes Diced 1 minute |

| I put them on a cookie cooling tray to let the excess water drip off. |

| Pack them into a freezer bag and label. Enjoy your tasty peppers! |
