Well, as I was menu planning I found this recipe below in a magazine. It needs 1 1/2 cups of All Bran cereal,frozen cranberries and apple, all of which I had on hand! |

| The recipe is here. You could easily double it as it only made 9 muffins. I was fine with that as I used the toaster oven and my muffin tin that does 6. |
