I thought I'd show you the pork loin that's on sale for $1.78/lb at Save On Foods this week. It seems when they have great deals on roasts, whether beef of pork, they are in these gigantic tubes! So, I just bring them home and slice them up(Ziploc freezer bags are on sale at Costco this week!).Below is the nicely sliced up boneless pork loin roasts. I have bought this before and it's wonderful done in a roaster with a little Montreal Steak Spice, potatoes and onion!
As you can see, I ended up with 9 roasts. The total cost was $35.42 for both big tubes, which means each roast costs just under $4! Maybe you can slip some into your freezer this week!
